2020 has not been an easy year for anyone. And if there is something that we ALL can relate to, is the fact that we are basically living our life and doing (almost) everything at home.
That includes working out.
And where before we had the utility and the variety of a gym, we are now limited to a couple of weights – including, of course, our own body weight.
And when it comes to training your legs, there is an exercise that shines above all the others: the PISTOL SQUAT.
So in today’s video, I’ll be breaking down the basics of this exercise, so that you can come out of this lockdown looking strong, and with no “chicken legs”.
